About the Writer

Michael Singer

I spent my career building technology, leading teams, and helping organizations turn complex ideas into working systems. Before large language models became mainstream, I worked with neural networks and machine learning. Today, I advise companies on how to use AI strategically, practically, and responsibly.

I helped lead technology at scale in complex operational environments, where software, logistics, healthcare, people, and process all had to work together. That experience shaped my belief that the most important technology problems are rarely just technology problems.

They are systems problems. They involve strategy, architecture, incentives, communication, trust, leadership, and human behavior.

Beyond the technology, my work draws from years of study and practice in Authentic Relating, Internal Family Systems, and Jungian psychology, disciplines that inform my belief that organizations become more innovative when people can speak honestly and relate to each other with more awareness.
